SalaChat Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and SalaChat when you use salachat.cam, as a guest or with an account. If you use the site, you agree to them. They’re written to be read; if something is unclear, ask at [email protected] before you rely on it.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and allowed to use a service like this under the laws that apply to you. You may not use SalaChat if we have previously closed your account for breaking these terms.
SalaChat lets you meet people one at a time by video, voice or text, browse the people who are online, follow them, message them once you’re signed in, call them from their profile and watch live rooms. Features change over time; we may add, change or remove them.
SalaChat is a place to talk online. It doesn’t arrange meetings in person, and we don’t check who people are. Anything you decide to do outside the site is your own decision and your own responsibility.
Matching works for guests. Some features, such as sending messages, require you to sign in. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.
Treat the person in front of you the way you’d want to be treated. In particular, you agree not to:
Every profile has Report and Block. Reports are used to decide what action to take. Depending on what happened, we may warn an account, limit what it can do, suspend it or close it, and we may remove content. Where we close an account for a serious breach, unused coins may be forfeited.
SalaChat is free to start: new users get free matches, and rewards with more matches may appear from time to time. After that, matches, calls and gifts in live rooms use coins, which you can buy in the wallet. VIP is an optional monthly membership that includes coins. Prices are shown in the wallet before you pay.
Coins are a licence to use features of SalaChat. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred or exchanged for money, and can only be used on SalaChat. Refund requests are handled under the payment provider’s rules and where the law requires; write to [email protected] with the details of the purchase.
You keep ownership of what you post on your profile or say in a chat. You give SalaChat permission to store and display it to the people you share it with, as needed to run the service. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to share it.
We try to keep SalaChat running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available, that every match will suit you, or that every user will follow these terms. SalaChat is provided as it is, without promises beyond these terms. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses or for what other users do.
You can stop using SalaChat at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will be announced on the site. If you keep using SalaChat after a change, the new terms apply. Questions go to [email protected].
